Good hat, confused about origin.

Seems to be a good, comfortable hat. I like how it goes to support Blue Ridge communities, especially now when it is crucially needed. I am confused as to where it is made however, I thought legally textiles had to have a country of origin tag. It has a tag that says something like’. Fabric made overseas’ , cork(the tag i assume) sewn in Portland. This is vague and makes me suspicious of other claims the website makes. Definitely not a transparent supply chain. Maybe it’s all legitimate but I must say it makes me wonder.
